Meet The Pastor

Pastor Julius L. Jackson, Jr., was called into the ministry at the age of 15 and immediately responded to the call.  He is a 1976 graduate of O.D. Wyatt High School in Fort Worth, Texas.  He attended Morehouse College and served in the United States Army.  He continued his educational pursuits at Butler University, IUPUI and International Seminary.  He was awarded his Th.B in 1988 and currently pursues a dual TH.M and Th.D through Andersonville Theological Serminary. His pastorates include Mount Vernon MBC (Hopkinsville, KY), Saint Paul MBC, Christian Faith MBC which he organized in 1989 (both in Indianapolis, IN).  In October 1999, upon the death of his father, the late Dr. Julius L. Jackson, Sr., the mantle of leadership was passed to the son. Pastor Jackson's ministry experience has focused on restoring church congregations and physical facilities. He is known for making biblical principles useful for daily living through his dynamic preaching and teaching ability.

Under his leadership, Macedonia has continued to reach new heights in the areas of Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry & Evangelism.
