Pastoral Support Ministry Vision Statement:

The Pastoral Support Ministry of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church vision is to encourage personal growth as well as service to our church, families, and community through worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and evangelism.

Pastoral Support Ministry Mission Statement:

The Pastoral Support Ministry of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church is set up to support and assist the Pastor and Family through prayer and various support mechanisms.

Pastoral Support Ministry Values:

The Pastoral Support Ministry will ensure that the Pastor has what he needs to better promote the ministry through:

• Worship - so that he may foster a worship atmosphere that will lead the people to the throne of God.
• Fellowship – so that he maintain close fellowship with the saints.
• Discipleship – assist him in leading the saints to become followers (disciples) of Christ.
• Ministry – so that he may be able to serve the saints of God in any capacity.
• Evangelism – assist him in reaching lost souls as well as edify the souls within the church.
